Owner and resident parking
The bylaws state that parking stalls located within a unit form part of that unit. Occupants may use those stalls provided they do not unreasonably interfere with other owners. Confirm the stalls and parking rights associated with your particular unit through its documents and management.
Keep sidewalks, walkways, passageways and driveways clear. The bylaws prohibit obstruction of these areas without the written consent specified in the restrictions; board consent does not waive municipal or safety requirements.
Visitor and common-property parking
The board can make reasonable rules for common-property parking stalls, including visitor stalls. Ask property management for the current visitor-parking locations and conditions before directing guests to a space.
A confirmed inventory of owner and visitor stall numbers and types is not yet available. No particular number of spaces or visitor availability is promised on this page.
Street parking
Parking on surrounding city streets is governed separately by Edmonton’s rules and the signs at the location. Do not assume a space on 28 Avenue SW or another nearby street is available or unrestricted. Check signs, temporary restrictions and snow-clearing requirements before parking.
Use the City’s parking enforcement information and snow-clearing and parking-ban information for current guidance.
