Pets are permitted
Peak60’s bylaws allow occupants to keep one or more pets in their unit, subject to the conditions in Part 4, Animals. Residents must also comply with applicable Edmonton animal rules. The bylaws’ general permission does not authorize keeping an animal prohibited by law.
Care, control and shared spaces
- Pets must not run at large on common property; the bylaws specify a hand-held leash.
- Pick up and properly dispose of pet droppings.
- Take responsibility for damage caused by your pet.
- Ensure the pet does not unreasonably interfere with other occupants. The bylaws allow the board to address nuisance pets, including issuing a notice requiring removal.
Contact property management if you need clarification about a particular animal or an accommodation request.
